Fairly AI to join Canadian Chamber of Commerce AI Council

Kitchener, ON, Canada – October 31, 2023 – Fairly AI to join the Future of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Council as a founding member for its inaugural meeting on November 6, 2023.

This high profile council will gather together 25 businesses of diverse size/sector/region who are leading the way in AI usage. The group aims to proactively guide federal AI policy in an era that anticipates heightened government scrutiny and regulation, while encouraging room for Canadian-led innovation and adoption of AI by the business community.

Convening six to eight times annually, the Council will:

• Identify crucial policy issues in AI development and deployment.
• Establish significant connections with high level federal government officials.
• Cultivate a dynamic networking forum for sharing best practices within Canada's AI landscape.
